We are from San Antonio, TX, passing through Las Cruces, NM and stumbled across this great little restaurant. Really surprised there weren't any reviews on Yelp. They have 3 locations in Las Cruces. We stopped by for breakfast about 9:30am. The Huevos Rancheros were great. Very good Red & Green sauce. A little different than most places. Small pieces of pork and potatoes in the sauce. Kind of Colorado de Puerco or Verde de Puerco. Chips & Salsa were very good as well. This a order & pay at the counter and they bring your food to your table. Friendly and fast service. Prices, under $10

It's hit and miss. I ordered the Mexican plate and my husband had the green enchilada plate to go, with a side of queso and chips it had no flavor, no salt, the queso was watery a couple weeks ago we ordered the same exact things to go and it was great. A restaurant should have consistency. The owners should train the cooks on keeping their recipes the same every time.
The only thing so far that is consistent is the service, it's great.
